I’ve never written a review before, but I felt compelled to write this one. I booked a room for three people, only to find it had just one bed. The cutlery was dirty, the sheets weren’t clean, and the oven was filthy. The shower had a disabled seat that couldn’t be moved, and when we used it, the water overflowed onto the bathroom floor and into the apartment. The mattress had cigarette burns, the fridge was covered in stickers, and to top it off, there were underwear and clothes left on the balcony. There also weren’t enough utensils for three people, making it even more inconvenient. Overall, this was one of the worst accommodations I’ve ever stayed in—would never book again.

One of the worse hotels I've been with my family from out side the building looks good the rooms look good but until u get close your gonna see alot of nasty stuff. The remote of the TV was so sticky there was some kind of sticky stuff on it with hair. The dishes were not cleaned properly most of the still had oil and all the dishes were wet in the cupboards were it has not been dry and there were black marks from the dishes in the cupboards and there was a left over Cooke's. The doors were uncleaned with some brown colour thing on the door handles. I don't recommend going there with family or alone.

The rooms are discussing, i was wondering where i was getting bites from i thought it was from the mosquitos but no, my husband found a bed bug!! Mind you on my back while i just woke up and he was looking at the flowers on my shirt, the man is a bad person who was really rude towards me, this hotel doesnt even deserve that 1 star i have to give to write this.

Wouldn’t recommend this place....probably the grossest place I’ve ever stayed! The kitchen and lounge appeared clean although went to cook dinner and couldn’t because the saucepan was unusable. Food on the kitchen ceiling.||The bedroom walls were filthy, appeared to be vomit stains on the walls and dirt beyond dirt everywhere on the walls. Even a blood stain on the wall and filthy marks on the light switch. The dooner was beyond disgusting heaps of stains like large orange vomit looking stains. Bathroom was kind of clean but someone’s old soap was left. Stayed at friends houses some of the nights because I was grossed out. Was told I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom but they locked the second room and the main bathroom so I couldn’t use it! Thats not an upgrade, was more of a downgrade having to use a crammy ensuite bathroom instead of the main one. Half way through my stay I asked for the main bathroom to be unlocked because I had no room to get ready for the day in the tiny ensuite, they did come and open this for me which I was thankful for. The nights I did stay at the hotel the people in the floor above me were loud every night until minimum 1am. There were people on my floor also having parties. Strong Marijuana smell when I went to do my laundry. Lots of dodgy looking people staying in this building which was a bit uncomfortable. There was spit all down the lift doors which was beyond discusting. Don’t do it, if you do ask to view your room...

Enjoyed my second stay with City Edge Dandenong particularity due to the continued excellent customer service experience provided by the great staff at Reception. ||Fia on the front desk deserves extra credit for going above and beyond by generously and happily giving me her own butter when I forgot to buy some. She is a breathe of fresh air, so helpful and always with a lovely cheerful smile.||Unfortunately was kept awake until the early hours by guests in the room next door slamming and banging doors, loudly yelling and arguing, with one of the girls even using the intercom calling my room at 4am asking to be buzzed up as she’d been locked out by her friends but when I called the after hours hotel number the on site staff was fantastic to quickly and quietly resolve any further noise within a very short time.||The room had a great modern decor, the bed was quite large and comfortable, generous sized shower with nice strong water pressure. ||On return to my room on the 2nd day was pleasantly surprised to find that the room had been efficiently cleaned and a freshly made bed, clean towels and toiletries topped up which was a nice touch. ||Close walkable distance to local shops and yummy restaurants. Overall good value for money..||Happily recommend staying at City Edge Dandenong Apartments to anyone looking to book...

Stayed here for 2 nights, in a studio and accessIble room, the accessIble room was not the one advertised online, it was a smaller one, it is not a full size fridge as advertised, fixtures were loose, aircon broken, grabrails loose in bathroom, shower curtain mouldy, 1 grabrail even fell off when my brother used it, slippery shiny tiles on the floor, law suite waiting to happen, not approp. for an accessIble room, every door creaked, no teatowel, the other studio room was dirty, water seeping out of the wall, kitchen taps loose, pink mould in shower, floor as filthy, parking is advertised on website free, not the case it's $10 per night...terrible parking if you have a 4wd, they have a car lift, only suits small cars, overall very shabby, not maintained, how can you not know an aircon doesn't work, very poorly maintained, would never stay again not recommend it to anyone, especially the...
