So, the hype for this Afghan desert place is very unreal in New Zealand. Every Afghan who comes to Australia must go and visit it, they say "Are you even Afghan if you've gone to Australia and not tried Agha juice?" But it's definitely not just for Afghans. Everyone is welcomed, the staff are very friendly, the desserts are delicious and the wait times are always kept to a minimal even when it's super packed busy! Side note: if you don't want to he in the rush, then it's best to go during the day. But if you're interested to see how busy it gets then go late at night, I'm talking after 10pm late. It's tradition for Afghans - middle easterns and Asians to be out till late. Therefore, you get the chance to see the cultural and vibrant taste of it too.

It has become my go-to spot with family and friends on a weekly basis! It gets really busy during evening time. A great variety of juice, milkshakes, kulfi, ice-cream, and tea. All-time popular is pistachio milkshake. Have tried fig, majoon, mango, blueberries, and dates milkshakes, orange, and pineapple juice, and kulfi. Loved mango, and blueberries milkshake; the others tasted good too it's just that it felt heavy having majoon, fig, dates milkshake. Pineapple juice was good too! Usually the medium and large containers range from $6-$9 depending on the flavour you choose. Recently, the pomegranate juice price jumped to $23 for medium size and $28 for large!!

If you haven't tried the falooda, I definitely recommend you try so! I was wary of the fact a dessert drink would have noodles of all things in it but thought to give it a chance and I'm glad I did so. I love how textured the drink is (nuts, fresh fruit, soft and light ice cream, sweet noodles) and would have it again. $5 for all that too! The line was pretty busy when I was there and you order at the front door and they'll call your name via the receipt number. That bit can get a little tricky as it can be hard to hear your number if you're waiting towards the back away from the line but otherwise pleasant and quick experience.

A junkie tried to kiss me on the way there last time but it was worth it. Been going to Agha Juice since it opened, and the quality hasn't dropped a bit. Ordered a wide array of drinks over the time, pistachio milkshake, mango milkshake, blueberry milkshake, chocolate milkshake etc etc you get the deal. All of them are made fresh to order, special in their own way and equally delicious. Service is wildly quick for how busy it gets, and the staff are generally quite friendly. The interior isn't anything special, small space with a couple cheap tables but that's all it needs when it has a large outdoor dining space.' Generally quite clean and hygienic, in the few years that I've gone there, I haven't had any complaints about cleanliness or service. Price has increased by a bit but it makes sense in this economy. Always happy to support a local business, especially one with great drinks.

Overall 9.2/10 for Agha...

Heard and read about this highly popular falooda, milkshake and juice center and set out one hot day to give it a try. I ordered faloodas with cashew, mango, pistachio ice creams in them. I was pretty disappointed. Make no mistake the faloodas are not bad. Not at all. But they are not extra ordinary as well. The pricing vs quantity is excellent if not the best by Melbourne standards. But for taste all of them tasted pretty average. And all of them missed a few elements in the layers..things like chia seeds. We make similar if not better tasting faloodas at home from indian grocery items. It seems they source the same things.

Worth a try if you are a fan of falooda and do not want to pay a lot of money. I could not try the milkshakes and other interesting ice cream flavours so i may be returning to try again but wont be trying...

Don't even get me started on how amazing this Juice Centre is! Not only is a wide and simply delicious range of flavors available as both juice and generous amounts of icecream, the affordability of the food will shock you and keep you coming back! The Centre is clean and unfortunately always very busy but, that is just a testament to the fine quality and popularity of Agha! Having easy access to tropical Asian fruit juices is an absolute blessing. I highly recommend the Chikoo. If you have never had the fruit you will be surprised by the sweet nutty flavor and rough texture of the juice, but ultimately, always pleased once you're done! Always a very happy customer with the hardworking and efficient clerks. A popular site for many ethnic cultures where everyone can agree on at least one thing, which is, that the juice is...
