I normally dont reviews but they deserve one. Chowmein was one item that was fine otherwise every other item was the worst I have ever tried. Soya chaap was the worst I've ever tasted, looked like they boiled it and then rolled that over spices. I'm pretty sure even though it was named as "Tandoori Chap", they had hardly put that into a tandoor as there was no crispyness present in the chap. The worst was the mint chutney served with Chap. I mean I cannot even describe the taste. It tasted sweet (imagine sweet mint chutney!!) Lol Everything so far wasn't enough for us as upon asking for a takeaway container, the lady said an extra $50 cents. 😲 Plus, the chai we ordered was nothing but boiled yellow water. I really don't know why people have given such positive reviews or maybe I went there when there staff was having a real off day. Won't visit again for sure & won't recommend as well. Two stars just for the low prices but they genuinely deseeve ONE.

If you’re looking for a really good Indian vegetarian restaurant, this is the place for you. - excellent staff.. very humble, smiling and welcoming.. - food tasted awesome.. - that have got online ordering (QR codes on each table) which reduces the possibility of contacts.. - finding free parking spaces is a challenge - closest free parking would be the Dandenong Plaza one of the KFC one.. - very limited options to choose from which for a foodie person like me becomes challenging but many people can find it less confusing to decide their order..

A Disappointing and Frustrating Experience – Avoid This Place! If you have self respect I visited in Melbourne on the evening of September with my family, hoping for a pleasant dinner. What we encountered instead was an utterly frustrating and embarrassing experience that left us questioning why we chose this place. As first-time diners in Melbourne, we were shocked by the complete lack of table service and the convoluted ordering process, which felt like a hurdle race rather than a welcoming dining experience. Upon arrival, we were informed there was no table service—fine, we thought, we’d adapt. However, the restaurant insisted on online ordering through their website, which was anything but user-friendly. The online system demanded an excessive amount of personal information: email, phone number, full card details, and even our home address! Why a restaurant needs my address to serve a meal is beyond me. The payment process was clunky, slow, and kept glitching, making it nearly impossible to complete. After multiple failed attempts, we gave up, assuming we’d sort it out at the counter. To our disbelief, when we approached the counter, we were told we had to pay before they’d even take our order. This was not only inconvenient but downright embarrassing, as we stood there fumbling in front of other customers, feeling like we were in some sort of bureaucratic nightmare rather than a restaurant. I’ve dined across Australia, and this was a first—never have I experienced such a poorly thought-out system that makes customers feel like an inconvenience. The lack of clear communication, the absence of table service, and the insistence on a flawed online payment system made this one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. For a family dinner that was supposed to be a special moment, we left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Melbourne has so many incredible dining options; I strongly recommend choosing one that values its customers and offers a seamless experience. We won’t...

We went there yesterday night for dinner, was so disappointed with the food, quality, staff attending us at the counter n then asking 50cents for the empty boxes. We ordered butter Nan which were so chewy n stiff that it almost hurt my jaws trying to chew them. No butter at all though they charge 50 cents extra for them. In fact they were dry tandoori roti instead. Paneer noodles were alright to taste but they were simply cold when served. Chinese food taste best when you serve it steamingly hot. Maybe that's why we didn't enjoy them as much as we would have. We have to pay for water which is not worth it and then for empty takeaway boxes. People are paying for everything coz they are coming for food but I don't think it is worth the 2nd visit. The curries were not bad but the overall experience was below average. I would give 2 stars for the man who cooked the curries. The lady at the counter was complained about the Nan and noodles but she didn't do anything about it. Also she was slow and took more than 10mins to serve the customers at the counter. I don't think I would like to go back again n would recommend anyone.

All the best. Hope you guys improve your quality n...

I hired Pardesi Vaishno Dhaba to provide catering services for my son’s first birthday - a party of around 75 at the Old Cheese Factory in Berwick. They provided food as well as a couple of staff for service. Vivek was highly engaged in the whole process, with great suggestions about the menu and in envisioning various aspects of the day. This spoke volumes about his experience in the business.

On the day, Vivek and team arrived at the venue right on time and set up the buffet beautifully. The three course meal was fantastic with my guests impressed with the taste of the food and quality of the service. We had three starters, four mains, breads, rice, masala chai, a dessert and fairy bread - all this and service for a highly competitive price. Although not the cheapest amongst those who quoted us, this was by far the best value for money. In the end, they left the kitchen spotless which reduced the amount of work I had to do before departing the venue.

I am especially impressed with Vivek’s helpfulness and genuine passion for helping me host a wonderful party, and in his words, “let us worry about the food, you enjoy your party”. I will use Team Pardesi for events I...
