I don't like what they play inside I don't like the radio thing they use I am like just leaving the place as soon as it says something I don't approve of and so for whoever runs/is in charge of this kind of stuff with the kfc resturant if your going to play something have some instrumental music playing that way it's guaranteed to not be what some people dislike at the very least and one time I went to kfc and there was no radio stuff being played no news no music was being played and that was yeah acceptable by me in particular and yeah that day there was apparently just 1 person that appears to be male in appearance serving all the customers and I went to try and get the free 600ml that you can get if you give a review and 1 person that appears to be female in appearance was like you got to use it on the day that you get it then I showed the person that you can use it 14 days after you get the code for the 600ml drink after writing a review and then the person said the code is read and so it's been used then I had to do some research about it and I found out that the code being red does not mean it's been used and yeah I never used the code and so I went and told the person the information I found out and then it said that I got to buy something in the store that cost $4.95cents in store instead of online cause it was like you got to buy $4.95cents+ meal and I was like I just brought a 10$ online meal and then yeah it said you got to buy the meal in store rather then online to use the code and they just add the water to the meal you buy next time you go buy the meal and yeah I had to wait for like 10 minutes 4 times throughout the conversion cause it kept on saying wait a second throughout the conversation but yeah that same person did help me get a free 600ml drink in the past and the chips did taste a bit stale in the meal I had today when...
Read moreThe most disappointing customer service I have ever experienced, zero tolerance and customer service skills from team, including the person who called herself team manager “ Musma” whoever own this place take a look at your staff. Never made such negative statements about a restaurant before but I felt this is very important one to let everyone know. Even after I went inside to order from drive way, no apologies from team leader for how the staff made me feel. So horrible, never will I go back to this place .
Dear Squad You have requested more details: Today I went to your store just to Oder 2 drumsticks and two small popcorn chicken through drive way for my kids with a drinks! Your staff were very rude, repeatedly interrupting my order and literally not listening to what I was ordering and repeatedly asking me questions, when I asked her to listen and stop interrupting she told me car waiting behind me. It was upsetting, but I kept it together because I got small kids with me in a car! When I asked to speak with manager, the manager was the same, instead of apologies about the staff who upset me, she was like “ do wanna order or no” poor Managerial and Customer Service Skills. She literally blamed me for the mistake of her team member and wanted to call police, Again I have kids so I drive out and came inside to wait for her police, got her name and wrote reviews, this is not enough, I would like to speak with the owner and happy to be contacted over the phone or come back to the store! Read moreBy far the worst fast food experience I have ever had in my life. My family and I went through the drive-thru, ordered a couple things including strips and a large potato and gravy. We had to wait 10 minutes to be given our food at the window, and were then told the strips were going to be an 8 minute wait as someone had dropped them on the floor. We then got given our food and asked about the potato and gravy, which wasn't even given to us. They were going to let us drive away without even telling us they hadn't given us the potato and gravy- which they never actually had in the first place. Sold out, but we weren't told that when we ordered. I then asked for a refund for the potato and gravy, as we got compensation for our missing chicken strips. They then charged me for the potato and gravy AGAIN instead of refunding me. Ended up giving up on that, and just asked for more compensation for the extra charge and what was missing. Missing parts of our order, and missing extra compensation for the items we had missing in the first place, we just ended up driving away after 30 minutes in the drive through and six cars behind us.
Worst experience I've ever had. Burgers were cold, zinger pieces were cold, popcorn chicken tasted like old oil and the service was awful. Hey. At least the chips were hot, I guess. Still tasted...
