Gloria Jean's Berwick — Restaurant in Melbourne

I am definitely going to be a long-time customer at Berwick Gloria Jeans. I decided to try Berwick Gloria Jeans because, unfortunately, another Gloria Jeans not too far from Bewick provided me with extremely poor service and incorrectly made my Voltage chiller. I made a call on my way to berwick and was greeted by the friendly voice of Cara, an exceptional employee who went above and beyond. She advised me not to worry and that she would look after me and provide me with a great coffee and that’s exactly what she did. Not only was the coffee excellent, but Cara’s service, friendly smile, and genuine care for me as a customer was exceptional. Been going here for 10 years, all of a sudden new faces, new owners?? Unfortunately my coffee was not great, not creamy at all and tasted way too strong than normal, it was awful.
