I have been a loyal customer at Gloria Jeans Bundoora since it first opened fifteen years ago, visiting every morning for my iced chocolate. The staff have always been excellent and always knew my order without even having to say. However of late the service has really changed. The usual morning staff have been moved off the morning shift. The man taking the order in the morning now doesn’t even smile, say good morning and doesn’t know how to use the register. The attitude is horrible. They missed my orders via uber eat but when I contacted them they said to contact uber and they are not dealing with me. told me to get a refund and re-order. But then who is going to pay for the second shipping fee?? i asked to speak to the manager and she said he is not there but her attitude is really bad so I confronted her right that moment and she gave even worse attitude and hung up.
