Hi Camila Correa, this is Zatara. I just saw your Google review on here, and I have to say I really don’t agree with your comments. I’ve been coming to this place regularly and have always had great experiences — the food is consistently delicious, and the customer service has been kind and respectful every time.
Also, I just want to clarify that what you mentioned has nothing to do with the owner. I personally know the owner — he’s a genuinely lovely, respectful, and supportive person who treats his employees very well. He’s hardly ever at this location because he runs other businesses, so I’m confident the person you saw wasn’t him.
And to be honest, Google reviews are meant to help small businesses by sharing real experiences about the food, pricing, service, and overall value — not to involve personal assumptions or unrelated matters. I think it’s important to keep the focus on what actually helps other customers.
Just wanted to share my honest experience — I’ll definitely continue...

The tiramisu was good but had nothing on the cake. Honestly dessert goals are made right here.
The cafe itself is a great place to chill and chat or sit and study, just make sure you go before you go as there is no toilet on the...

The dining experience largely depends on the barista on the day. Seems like they don’t have a strict standard to their food, which cause the taste of the food changing a lot with the skill of the baristas. First of all, all the words of praise are for the Filipino lady in the cafe, who’s always energetic, professional and giving a nice starting of your day.
This time I ordered eggs of toast as usual, but the bread was overcooked this time, make it hard like stone and tastes sour. The service attitude from the barista today made me sad as well. Last time another barista served my friend food with pork even though he’s a Muslim and looks like 120% Saudi.
After all, it’s still a good cafe. All they need is providing stricter training for their employees and that’s it. Looking forward to have better...
