3.5 The Greekery is a spacious and nicely fitted out cafe in the Greythorn shopping centre. It’s eat in or takeaway. I did the latter and had a mixed lamb and chicken gyros with a Greek salad. It was a decent sized serve but it was $17. The meat quality was a little variable, some lovely and tender, other slices a little chewy. No matter, I still enjoyed it as the flavour was lovely. Good Greek salad too. A beauty. Fresh as a daisy and mighty tasty. Service was quick and friendly. I’d happily return.

Went up to the counter, my food was there, they just didn't pack it up or call out my name. It was cold by the time I got home. Might be a good place but can't really tell with that service *Updated to 1 star after finding a piece of cardboard in my Greek salad, photo attached

The chips were a o good, I ordered some extra ones with some secret recipe Greekery Special sauce to dip them in. Really lovely atmosphere for an easy meal out. Thank you to the owners, I highly recommend this place for a great souvlaki. 😊

I ordered a souvlaki with the chips outside. The owners were friendly and the food was served quickly, hot and very delicious. Just had a mixed pork and lamb souvlaki (really a gyro) with no chips .. can't argue about portion size .. but the meat was old meat taken from a tray that was brought from the back fridge, that was then laid out on the hot plate and re-heated. This despite there being meat on the spit in front me !!! It's almost as though the meat on the spit is an adornment meant to instill some nostalgia of your old souvlaki or gyros joints when you were a kid and they would cut meat straight onto the gyro, piping hot.

In short will never go back again. Was actually waiting for the next door place to open after...

OMG!!! literally just got up from the dinner table at home after eating and had to write a review straight away. Firstly the shop was spotless clean, neat and tidy. Secondly the food was AMAZING. We ordered a tray of lamb gyro which was so tasty, juicy and flavorsome, moist and soft, also ordered a lamb gyro souvlaki, which was huge, the pita was soft and it was all so yummy, and last we also got a large tray of chips with crumbed feta, they were absolutely delicious. Don't order through the website/ app - There's a 35% mark-up! I called after I thought they made a pricing error and they said they advise you call for the order next time but they don't make it straightforward to find the menu. I advise they make their own website to advertise their menu and tell you to phone order instead of directing straight to the ordering app so that others don't make this mistake in future.

Tasted good though but the bitter taste of misleading pricing has left me very disappointed. Not all that trilled to be paying $18 for...
