I can see there are really good reviews and amazing dishes! The coffee shop looks tidy and well presented! Coffee is quite good I ordered one with almond milk and tasted really good!! CUSTOMER SERVICE? a shame I have to say! That’s the main reason I gave them 2 stars! We sat at the table, we came with an infant, the waitress didn’t even ask for assistant or offer a baby chair (the venue wasn’t busy at that time) She took the order just because she has to do it I believe. I have to ask for glasses for the water because she never brought them! and when we get them to have our water, they were dirty and HOT not to mention the tap water was just at room temperature! I went to the counter to ask for a new glass, and the barista (he wasn’t nice) said that they didn’t have any cold ones!!!?? seriously!? I just came back to my table, had my coffee and I was going to order some food but after such a bad experience at this place I just decided not to! The staff is VERY friendly - a service with a nice smile. I had slight difficulty ordering because the young lady at the counter didn’t appear to be fluent in English, but she was proficient enough to get the order correct - not a big issue.

You order at the counter and they bring the food/drinks to your table. Simple.

I had the chicken and mayo sandwich. I’d give the sandwich a 7 or 8 out of 10. A tangy sauce reminded me of the sweet and sour dressing used in Vietnamese banh mi, so a new take on a chicken and mayo sandwich.

I also had a long black which was fine, though a bit lighter than most.

The place is clean, staff friendly, and very busy and popular from what I can tell.

Love this place. It’s always a pleasure to go somewhere that takes pride in their coffee. These guys use Industry Coffee which is one of the best boutique roasters in my opinion. Everything is top notch. Spoiled for choice on hot drink and Mylk options. I love going here. They just got a new chef too so the food has gone up since then , and they have an exciting new menu coming soon. So excited for that to happen.
