I have ordered Veggie Bug on drive through tonight. As I was Pregnant, I asked not to put any salad or Mayo, but just the veg bugger with cheese. We were asked to stay in the waiting bay (there are only 2 waiting bays which been filled already). We were in the 3rd just keeping the car behind. a female staff came to deliver the meal and she asked me to check whether the order is correct. I have opened the box and realised that there are salads inside and it is non veg. So I said it's not what I asked and return. I saw the girl walked to the ordering counter (from out side) and had a chat, and she walked again to the vehicle front of us in the waiting bay and given the same bugger which I have opened. (I don't think their practice is hygienic). As I was pregnant and concerned , I was keeping my eye to see whether they will do the same for mine. The same staff came again with my order hand hand over me. Soon after we moved the car, I realised that , they have just put the veggie pattie and Tomato source and no cheese. I am not eating any source from outside. So we went back drive through and informed them. Then the manager came and said to the order taking staff that didn’t say “cheese”. But the order taking staff said that she said “cheese” . Then the manager said that she will fix. She came again to us and asked “is it ok to put cheese in to the same bugger. I said “No” since I don’t eat cheese. They asked us to wait in the waiting bay. While that we saw that staff are taking the orders to vehicles parked in the waiting bays and asked to check and then swop, so on. While we have noticed that there are more than 6 staff are just playing inside and laughing. (This can be checked from the cameras on how their behaviours if Hungry Jacks really concerns their FCs quality. There were only less than 4 vehicles as all the time but they are asking everyone to stay in the waiting bay. After a while, I got my bugger. I opened it. They have put tomato source to both side now and with cheese. And the bugger was supper cold. We went back again and told that it’s clear that we only need the bugger with cheese. The staff was on the counter said that what given. Then we said you have put tomato source again which we don’t need. Then she said that we have requested to tomato source which was never in the conversation (and I don’t eat any source). It is very clearly mentioned to the 2nd time when their manager clarifying “we don’t need sauce, that is why we don’t need the cheese on the same bugger”. They are really inefficient in service while there are many staff. And I wonder how they maintain their food quality and especially when the staff start lie. I said to her that she’s lying .and she gave me a face. I told her that I wouldn’t never request Sause as I am pregnant. Then I thought that God is stopping eating me that (may the pattie also expired or something). We asked to keep it and didn’t ask the money back. I am living locally and I was craving for this veggie pattie ( I couldn’t eat any non veg after I got pregnant). It’s a very bad thing they do by neglecting the quality of the food , not as a business. But as humans. I don’t know who trains them as we experience much more quality service next door Mc donalds and its really rare that they ask to be on a waiting bay ,really productive. If Hungry Jacks management is looking on the reviews, please refer 29.08.2017 CCTV between 9:15pm-10:00 pm and our vehicle is a X5(Drive through, Waiting Bays, Ordering counters and inside where they do food prep. Shouldn't give...

Read more26th December 2016 at approx 7pm myself and my daughter went through the drive thru at Tullamarine. We ordered 2 veggie burgers and 2 regular fries. We drove home to airport west and when we were eating our food my daughter said it tasted aweful. I then took a bite of mine and it was disgusting. I opened the burger and there was about 2 pieces of lettuce, the burger was cooked on one side, the other side was raw and the buns were so soggy. The fries were only half filled . I debated whether I wanted to go back all the way to Tullamarine but decided that this was unacceptable. We tried to ring several times but the phone rang out to a message bank. Upon returning to the store a lady called Naomi listened to our complaint (5 stars for her) she spoke to the 2 workers in the kitchen and they just laughed. Naomi seemed frustrated with them as she new this was a serious customer complaint but the 2 kitchen workers found this to be funny and proceeded to continue to throw the food on the grill. Naomi said that she was so sorry and said it was unacceptable . She offered us drinks for our trouble and made sure the food was cooked properly. I will never go to Tullamarine hungry Jacks again and it is only a matter of time before someone gets food poisoning as the kitchen workers swept the floor with the same gloves that they cooked with and I mean handled the buns burgers ect. Totally disgusting and to laugh through the whole experience is appalling. DO NOT...
