Quite a disappointing experience with this store. I had recently walked into the place to ask about ordering with them in store for a future date, but they recommended ordering via their website. Anyway, I placed an order approximately at around midnight to pick up a birthday cake 36hrs later and they had pretty much only contacted me last minute just before the end of the day at the closing time of their bakery (as well as most other bakeries) to inform that they are unable to make the cake which I ordered for tomorrow. This is pretty unprofessional of a bakery especially after a payment and order has been made and confirmed. It is understandable that sometimes stores get too busy and they might be in a situation where they are unable to fulfil the order, but it is another thing when they only notify a customer at the very last minute without offering any solution, and also leaving the customer without a celebration cake at the 11th hour.

Not too sure I’ll place an order with them in the future especially if it’s meant to be a celebration cake of any kind as who knows the same thing might happen again, and honestly speaking, customers ordering celebration cakes would expect some sort of reliability and commitment that their order can be delivered on the day...
