[Submitted Complaint through website] Dear Krispy Kreme,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Krispy Kreme on Collins street tonight 23rd January around 8.20-8.30pm. I was deeply disappointed by the behaviour and conduct of an employee named Izzy, which significantly affected my experience and left me feeling upset and unwelcome.
Upon entering the store, I was met with an unprofessional and rude attitude from Izzy. Not only did I feel disregarded, but her demeanour was dismissive and unfriendly, making me feel uncomfortable. As a paying customer, I expected a welcoming which was far from the case.
What troubled me most was the distinct feeling that I was being treated unfairly, and I could not shake the impression that this treatment may have been RACIALLY motivated. The behaviour and tone of Izzy were not only unprofessional but also made me feel marginalised and disrespected. This was not only disheartening but also led me to lose my appetite for the food I had purchased, which I paid for in good faith expecting better service and a pleasant experience.
I believe that all customers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and I hope that you take this complaint seriously. I kindly request that this issue be addressed and that appropriate actions be taken to ensure that future customers do not experience similar treatment.

This is exactly what I received as a birthday present from my sister after this was delivered to my office. I have raised this with Krispy Kreme straight after I received this and their response is āprofitā first before ācustomerā. They donāt really care about the brand reputation but instead are focusing on their profit. The Manager at Collins Street store doesnāt care about the issue when I raised this and pushed me to contact online ordering last Friday. They were not even aware that their online ordering is closed.
To be fair they attempted to change the donuts after several phone calls and Swanston Street provided the new box of donuts after the head office spoke to them.
Just disappointed that Krispy Kreme is more concerned about their profit than addressing customer concerns and experience.
