A very family friendly restaurant with a separate area for events. Customer service is okay, could be improved as we’ve have had to wait more than 30mins to be served. Everything on the menu is priced well although portions are average. The chicken tikka masala and the butter chicken were delicious, rice cooked well very soft and the naan bread is fresh. Would recommend this place if you are craving Indian/Pakistani food. If you are coming in a group they don’t do split bills.

So far, the best Pakistani restaurant I have ever been. We tried several items over there: Beef Karahi, Lamb madras, Chicken tandoori, Chicken Tikka, Naan and of course Mango Lassi. There beef karahi and lamb madras are the two most delicious items probably you'll ever taste... Yummm... And don't forget to order Mango Lassi! Price reasonable; customer service is awesome and food quality is finger licking!!!

I've been here many times with family and friends. It's the best Indian/Pakistani food I've eaten in Melbourne. The staff are always kind and friendly. Plenty of seating available. I would suggest placing your order asap as it can take a while to come out, which suggests to me there are no shortcuts in the kitchen and the food is fresh.

I am their customer for over 12 years. But within last 2-3 years service is on decline (too busy to look after their customer base). Sharing couple of experiences.

Yesterday, placed an order for 7.30pm pickup through menulog around 1pm and paid for it. No confirmation until 6.30pm. Called the restaurant and they said it didn't come through. So, I re-ordered over the phone and emphasised that it is 7.30pm pickup. Restaurant manager confirmed. After 10min, received confirmation of menulog order as well.

Frustration started when we drove all the way from CBD to Coburg for pickup and the order wasn't ready at all. Manager lied and said it will be ready in 10min. Long story short, we ended up picking our order at 8.24pm. As it was prepaid order, we had to wait that long otherwise we could have walked out. Quantity was reduced. Chicken Karahi and Lamb Karahi were almost like chicken curry and lamb curry. Looks like their cook doesn't know the difference between Karahi and curry.

I also noticed other pickup customers were on on long wait and frustrated as well.

Had similar problem few months ago, but I tolerated assuming that it could be lack of staff.

On another instance, I placed a large order and two of the dishes were incorrect. I only found it out when we were about to serve our guests. Too late to drive back to the restaurant.

Used to be my favourite restaurant. But not anymore. Very...

Went there for the buffet, which was $40 a head. Food was not worth $40, and ran out. Food was cold and unappetising. Setup was extremely unhygienic and they ran out of cutlery. Serving spoons were mixed up for the desserts- no separation. When asking for a spoon to eat with (since they ran out of spoons, bowls and forks), man at the counter pulled it out from under a table and gave it- it still had crusty pieces of food stuck on it…

Vibe of place was claustrophobic and messy. Tables for different diners were almost touching each other. Carpet had food mashed on it. Floor was sticky with dropped liquids. Desserts ran out half way. Just an overall disgusting feeling and I would never come back to it or recommend it to anyone.

They did not accept card even though when we asked him initially he said they did. Man at the paying counter was extremely rude, and showed no hospitality whatsoever. Yelled at my friend when some of our friends who reserved with us did not show up, and yelled that “someone had to pay anyway,” even though only a couple of us...

Consider the following before booking: No one is allowed to take food and wait on their table before Iftar time but the guests were asked to reach at the venue 30 minutes before Iftar time. Its buffet but only one date per person (adult), kid didn't get date Very crowded and cramped place, Once seated, its hard to move After Iftar time, on average 15 minutes wait for woman and children in queue After Iftar time, on average 35+ minutes wait for men in a queue Buffet time is set to end at 7pm, so from Iftart time till 7pm, its around 1 hour 20 minutes, so eating time is less than an hour Out of all the menu items, hardly 2/3 times are good to taste, the rest are well below average 37.5 dollars per adult, 18 dollars per kids, children aged 0-3 years eat free In Summary: Pros: - Cons: Highly Overpriced, ordinary food, poor seating arrangement, long wait to reach food after Iftar time. Most disappointing buffet! Fasting all day around and not to have good quality Iftar even after waiting 40 minutes after iftar time paying top dollars...
