Gotham Doughnuts Coburg — Restaurant in Melbourne

I ordered the Wonder Women All day breakfast that had smashed avacado, Egg, lettuces, Chopped Onions and Pesto. Turkish bread was given on suggestion of Joseph who run this small newly opened coffee shop and it exceeded my expectations as the bun was soft easily baked and was easier to chew which you most of the time dont find in even the most top rated cafes around Melbourne. I am very choosy and a coffee addict when it comes to my cofee and I would say it is one of the best coffee I had so far in the surrounding of Melbourne made by coffee artist Trixy. I ordered a cappuccino with extra froth with full cream milk. The first sip that I took from the mug I felt like its the best I had so far. Some suggestions made to Chef Mr Joseph and he had acknowledged to add them to menu and to my breakfast burger next time I visit his coffee shop was a Lemon wedge and cheese in this burger. Coffee should only be served by Trixy and Chef should only serve the Food and not come even closer to coffee machine 😉 ...

Highly recommend! We were pleasantly surprised by this little cafe! Trixie at front of house is so inviting and has wonderful customer service. Joseph (owner) is just lovely and is passionate about providing great service and delicious food. We had the Pastrami Pete and the detail in which Joseph has created this menu item is very obvious. If you have the luck to meet him on your visit, he will kindly take you through the quality of its ingredients and his care in preparing it. We also had a custard donut and jam donut, the filling was plentiful and the donuts so yummy! Don't walk past this little diamond...

Needed a sweet treat so stopped by @Gotham.Doughnuts to try their creations. A large selection, the friendly Sr Staff member gave me a run down on what's on offer. I settled on the cookies and cream, a light doughnut, slightly doughy and sweet, filled with a cookie cream, coated with a chocolate and cookie crumb, a sole mini chocolate cookie sits atop, drizzled with a sugar glaze. It eats well and is tasty.
