23July2024 -- This was what the lady server said to me when I mentioned that my blueberry cheesecake literally didn't have any blueberries nor any swirls resembling blueberry, yet she still charged me for blueberry cheesecake price. (blueberry cheesecake costs more than regular cheesecake.)

as the saying goes: fool me once, shame on you...

The objective of my posting was to show that I have tried to have the matter resolved there and then by bringing it up to the server’s attention, but only to get told “it’s the luck of the draw” and dismissed and smirked at. I was made to feel like a scammer...for 50 cents. I was embarrassed. If she had offered an apology, and corrected the mistake, I would have considered the matter resolved. But, here we are…

Took my wife here for some coffee after having brunch across the road, it's my first time here and first impression goes a long way in getting return customers and we are one of them. Got some coffee and the wife is very fussy with her coffee and she commented to me that this is one of the best cappuccino's she had in a long time and I have to agree! As we were leaving the very lovely behind the counter gave us a small box of cake to take home free of charge! It was toward the end of the afternoon so good food shouldn't go to waste, I told her these will be for my kids, and yes my kids LOVED them, I had a taste as well, very yummy, the kids were all sugared up but it's ok, it's the weekend, I let them go nuts. Thank you for a very pleasant experience...

It is always a pleasure to have lunch here.The staff are all fantastic and beautiful people. The food is so yummy. They always make a great coffee too. It is smooth and never bitter erc.. I always go there before or after seeing my dentist. Sometimes my parents meet me there. Although they usually order standard sized coffees, here they always order a mug or large. The staff are always caring and can have a wonderful laugh with you too. Personally Mt parents and I think that it is the best cafe in Preston. Thank you for your service, great...
