The employee ordered with suck of face and spoke very poorly! Very rude and impolite! It seems like I owe her a million dollars and suck of face to order for us!
What made me angry was that my son didn't even touch the sauce when he ate the Spring rolls. She was rude and impolite when she came to pick up the plates. She didn't respect the CUSTOMERS at all, which made me very angry!
As a waiter, the most basic courtesy is to ask the customer, 'Have you finished eating? Can I take the plate?' She doesn't have such simple courtesy knowledge! Come over and just put away the plate! Is not first times !!! Already fews times !!!
Did HER PARENTS TO TEACHER HER MANNER like this? If you feel that you were in a bad mood that day! You stay in the kitchen and work, don't come out to serve customers. Show them an arrogant and lifeless face!

This used to be our favourite family restaurant. Weâre not local, so we often travel a bit further just to dine here. Iâve even recommended this place to friends.
We ordered takeawayâcrispy fried chicken. While my son was eating, he found live maggots crawling in his food. They were very tiny. After checking his meal more closely, we found at least five live maggots crawling out of the chicken. By the time we noticed, he had already eaten half of it, which means he may have consumed some of the maggots.
I donât want to harm someoneâs business, especially when I see many hardworking elderly staff working there on the weekends. But this is simply unacceptable.
As a mother, I am deeply worried that my son might get sick from this. Iâm extremely upset and angry.
The owner needs to be awareâif you run a restaurant or any food business, hygiene and cleanliness must be the number one priority. We have travelled to many countries for food, and neverânot even onceâhave we encountered something as disturbing as this....

She ordered a pho soup bowl and a serve of rice paper rolls with her friend and then went up to the counter to order another 2 rolls ( one pork and one prawn ).They then brought out 8 rice paper rolls to the table, and when she told them she only meant to order 2 they started yelling at her aggressively because the kitchen got her order wrong even though she specifically said 2 single rice paper rolls. Everyone in the restaurant went quiet, and felt bad for her because several people approached her asking if she was okay. This service by the owner and other employee was completely disgusting, unprofessional and humiliating. You should be ashamed of yourself as a local business. You were in the wrong for taking the order down incorrectly and you are in the wrong for verbally abusing your customers. She should not have even paid for that meal after your behaviour.
