McDonald's Plenty Valley S/C — Restaurant in Melbourne

The slightly bigger, young girl with the brownish, reddish tinge in her hair working at around 8pm on July 12 Friday night, served all her family their meals and then left me there waiting for mine even though I arrived a lot sooner than them.

Her family came to pick her up from work and I understand that she wants to clock off but she should have served me my meal before them as they arrived later than I did.

She acknowledged that she was making my meal but she wasn’t, she was just making her families meals and then she left without telling anyone else about my meal and that I’m waiting for it.

She did not have the common decency to at least tell someone about my meal, I would have really appreciated if she would have told someone but she just left and clearly did not care.

I had to keep asking other employees for my meal and was left waiting an extra long time until everyone else who arrived after me got served their meals and left.

I think that kind of service I received from her was poor and honestly quite rude.

Oh my god, brought my client to Maccas and he was missing a big Mac patty in his burger so we bought it back telling them but the kitchen staff came back and said no the Pattie’s are just both on the bottom … expecting my client to eat this burger when it’s assembled completely wrong if he ordered a Big Mac he obviously wants to enjoy it with a bread in between both parties as a Big Mac should be. Today I ordered a mc flurry and a chocolate shake online and when i went there i waited for 20 minutes till they called my order number. After waiting for 20 minutes i asked 2 staff members if my order is ready and showed them the number and they didn’t even bother to reply. After another 5 minutes i asked another staff member about the order and he said someone else picked it up and i had to wait for them to make a new one. Customer service here is disgusting 🤢...
