Its a awful and disgusting services! I feel disappointment with the service I received at McDonald’s 484 Malvern Rd, Prahran VIC 3181 around 10 am. My order is 143. The front counter staff member was extremely unprofessional—she didn’t greet customers, had poor posture, and looked completely uninterested in serving me. Her attitude was the worst I’ve ever encountered in a customer service role. And she with others look like have a lot of funs in front of the counter. Are you serious? ! On top of that, her lack of competency was shocking. I ordered an Egg & Sausage McMuffin with an extra egg, repeating my request twice. Despite this, she wasn’t able to enter the order herself and had to call another staff member to enter a code for her. When I finally received my order, the extra egg was missing entirely. And she didn't put any soueces for my order!! RIDIGULOUES! I was left wondering: why was someone without proper system access even serving customers? Is McDonald’s cutting corners on staffing? Surely, a global company like McDonald’s can afford to hire properly trained employees who know how to do their jobs. What’s even more concerning is the underlying attitude of some employees towards non-local customers. If McDonald’s is serious about providing inclusive, professional service, your hiring process should ensure all staff are properly trained in customer service and workplace ethics. Don't you??!! At the end of the day, this is a customer-facing job, and there should be some standard of professionalism. I don’t expect fine dining service, but I do expect basic competence, respect, and a willingness to do the job properly. I’d appreciate a response on what steps will be taken to improve service standards at this...
Read moreBy far the worst fast food restaurant I have ever visited. At first, I had to place my order on the machine as there are no more registers on the counter, my machine did not give me my ticket (it ran out of paper) and instructed me to go to the counter. I stood in front of the counter where approximately 5 staff continued to talk amongst themselves and completely ignored me, all of them made eye contact but no one thought to ask if I was ok. I waited minutes before my patience had run out and it became a joke, I had to raise my voice to get their attention and ask if someone could attend to me. A McCafe member came forward and asked me to go to the Cafe register and asked what I needed, I explained I placed an order on the machine and need to pay, I mentioned to her how poor my experience is going and to please pass my feedback on to a manager. I didn't get an apology let alone a comment, she just gave me my change and walked away. She then came back and presented me with the photo I have attached, handing it to me without a word and walking away immediately. I stood there staring at it in confusion wondering how anyone who would care about their job or customer service in the slightest could serve that. I threw it in the bin on the way out, I had no more energy left to be treated like a burden rather than a customer. Will never return and will not recommend any local friends, family and colleagues to this disgraceful place. I started my employment journey working for McDonald's, I never would have thought it was possible to have such a poor experience in a franchise that offers great training...
Read moreThis is literally the worst MacDonalds I’ve ever been too. It’s the only macdonalds that’s on the way too work so it will been through every day for the past 2 months and some how they ALWAYS mess up my meal EVERY DAY. I ask for EXTRA HOT coffee and it always comes out barely warm and somehow on a routinely basis every day I ask for them too make sure the cheese is melted on my cheese toasted sandwich and every single day not one price of cheese is melted it’s bizzar like they put it in the toaster for 10 seconds or something? So each day I will kindly ask them too redo it and they always get so mad, today the girl snatched it out of my hand without a word. And then it came out STILL with the cheese not melted.
I understand working at MacDonalds would be stressful but when the customer is being nice and comes there every morning ( I am not a picky person either) please be able too do something as simple as read extra hot (or even the regular hot temperature a coffee should be) and maybe use need a new toaster because if I wanted a normal cheese sandwich every day I would of packed it from home. I’m just upset cause it happens every day please just toast my cheese I just want some melted cheese I...
