I normally love coming here, and I still enjoyed the overall experience, but I'm genuinely disappointed with my recent haircut and beard trim. The haircut took off a significant amount from the top, which I specifically mentioned I'd been growing out for months in preparation for my wedding next month. My head appears as odd shape—almost like a squashed helmet. On top of that, my beard was left completely uneven, even after I returned and asked for it to be fixed.

I don't believe any of the hairdressers acted maliciously or lacked skill, but I felt there was a noticeable lack of focus during my visit. I wonder how and why this place has 5.0 star rating. I was completely fooled by the reviews here. I scheduled an appointment for my husband who had good, fully grown head during the lockdown. He went for the cut with Hayden. Watch out for him. He does worse, more than pathetic hair cut. He defied all rules and laws of being a barber. And it’s not a cheap haircut, they charged an exorbitant price of $42 in a smallest store like barber shop. More so, the free coffee was offered half hearted and I took one sip from my husband’s coffee, it was terrible tasting. Please do not fall for the ravenous ratings and reviews on Google maps, this place especially Hayden does the worse of the cuts that my husband have had...
