I have been buying Iced Lattes from Mc Donald's for several years, I have a lactose intolerance so I choose a soy milk option and not being much of a sweet tooth, always request it without sugar syrup. Today, I went to the drive through, and upon receiving my beverage, tasted it and received an instant hit of sugary sweetness. Every time I order this drink I take a sip to ensure that it's free of sugar syrup (I find it unpalatable), I receive it with sugar syrup despite requesting it without 15% of the time from various Mc Donald's. I informed the staff that it contained sugar syrup to which the staff member Jade, told me I was incorrect...to which I replied "actually ma'am, I am NOT incorrect, it is indeed full of sugar syrup", JADE continued to argue with me that I was lying to which I continually replied that I was not, and that I did not appreciate being accused of lying at a Mc Donald's drive through! She eventually said "OK, fine, but it doesn't ha e sugar syrup!" , I then told her to sample it herself and that I'd even be willing to make a wager that the drink did indeed contain sugar syrup. I was told to park in the waiting bay but no longer feeling comfortable with Jade or anyone there making my drink, unbuckled my 10 month old baby from the car and marched inside for a refund. After all, if they were unable to follow the directions about the syrup, then I was lead to doubt that the Iced latte had been made with soy milk instead of full cream (I have been to hospital in the past for mistakenly drinking full cream milk), and as JADE was so nasty I would have feared the presence of saliva in my drink... To be fair, the managers were very accommodating, and pleasant, but JADE continued to sneer.
I had absolutely no reason to lie about the sugar syrup, I immediately went to another Mc Donald's to order the same drink, which was made exactly as directed. The entire experience was a pain and a waste of time and I sincerely hope that JADE is disciplined for her EXCREMENTAL customer service performance. After 4 years of ordering this drink every day, I am 100% certain that I know the taste and presence of sugar syrup in a drink that I willfully request be rather bland.
Absolutely astounding to be accused of lying at a Mc Donald's drive through, especially when I had less than zero reason to lie. I didn't particularly want to leave the house in the first place but never order the Iced Latte via uber eats as it almost always has sugar syrup in it when I do.
1 star, if there was an option for zero stars I would certainly prefer...
Read moreAt 19:49 tonight, I ordered Combo 183, but when I got home, I didn't receive the French fries. I called at 20:08, but no one answered. The service has become increasingly unacceptable. The French fries had no taste, and now they took the money without providing the item. I was in a hurry to get home and didn't check the contents properly. I feel extremely disappointed. Similar incidents have happened several times during lunch and dinner, but this time it's outrageous. I will leave a negative review and escalate the issue to the headquarters

I just called back, and a person claiming to be the manager said that the payment has been deducted, but he couldn't do anything about it. So they deducted the payment for my combo, but didn't give me the French fries, and there was no remedy offered. The manager simply said he couldn't handle it. So, if you deducted the payment for the combo and didn't provide the French fries, shouldn't you refund the money for the fries or offer some other form of compensation? He only told me that he was helpless and even suggested that I should check my food. Do you mean to say that you don't check your orders before serving them? Do your employees receive any training? After speaking with this manager, he simply told me he couldn't handle it. Perhaps my English is not good, and he thought it wasn't necessary to resolve the issue. I am a regular customer of this restaurant, but I don't think this is an isolated incident. Their business has declined significantly compared to before. I believe it's necessary for more people to speak up.

This store's quality is inconsistent, the coffee is not really coffee, and the fries are tasteless. Sometimes the service is poor, with items thrown onto the table. I believe that I'm not the only one who has experienced this. Among many instances of consumption, today was the most ridiculous. I hope more people can leave comments and stand up. During the call with the manager, I felt that he was not proactive in addressing the issue, and kept apologizing. In many complaints, they all handle it with a passive attitude. When the order machine ran out of paper, he told me they couldn't do anything about it. Fortunately, I had the paper when I picked up my coffee. I wouldn't have gone back to get my food or a refund, but I hope that their attitude towards dealing with these issues improves so that fewer consumers will...
Read moreMost disgusting experience at a McDonald's ever..ordered a nugget Happy Meal as well as other items with my daughter and grand daughter..paid and then asked if I could have another 3 nuggets..girl on register had no idea how to change order so called over another staff member who was just as vague she then called the manager who was the rudest man I have ever come across..instead of explaining that this was not possible through their system he just said we can't change your order with no apology or offer of an alternative and walked away...I then approached him and asked for his name (as no name badges on any staff) he said Yogi and when I stated that his manner was very rude he just looked straight through me and continued to say we can't change your order...when our meal eventually was called we found that the ordered raspberry and custard pie was instead an apple pie...so back to the counter and asked for the correct item to be told we don't have any..when I asked could it not have been told to us when ordering or collecting he once again just spoke over the top of me.....the store was filthy with rubbish on all tables and overflowing bins both inside and outside and no napkins in any of the holders....the toilets were some of the filthiest I have ever come across...no toilet paper and what was there was on the floor in little pieces..broken toilet roll holders and seats..definitely not a place that I would ever go to again and that is very sad as we were attending a dance competition across the toad and they were the nearest food outlet for all the kids...this store definitely needs more staff training from the beginner staff up to Managerial staff (customer service is obviously not high on their priorities at this store)...not a good look for such a well known brand.
