At 19:49 tonight, I ordered Combo 183, but when I got home, I didn't receive the French fries. I called at 20:08, but no one answered. The service has become increasingly unacceptable. The French fries had no taste, and now they took the money without providing the item. I was in a hurry to get home and didn't check the contents properly. I feel extremely disappointed. Similar incidents have happened several times during lunch and dinner, but this time it's outrageous. I will leave a negative review and escalate the issue to the headquarters ββββββββββββββββββ I just called back, and a person claiming to be the manager said that the payment has been deducted, but he couldn't do anything about it. So they deducted the payment for my combo, but didn't give me the French fries, and there was no remedy offered. The manager simply said he couldn't handle it. So, if you deducted the payment for the combo and didn't provide the French fries, shouldn't you refund the money for the fries or offer some other form of compensation? He only told me that he was helpless and even suggested that I should check my food. Do you mean to say that you don't check your orders before serving them? Do your employees receive any training? After speaking with this manager, he simply told me he couldn't handle it. Perhaps my English is not good, and he thought it wasn't necessary to resolve the issue. I am a regular customer of this restaurant, but I don't think this is an isolated incident. Their business has declined significantly compared to before. I believe it's necessary for more people to speak up. βββββββββββββββββ- This store's quality is inconsistent, the coffee is not really coffee, and the fries are tasteless. Sometimes the service is poor, with items thrown onto the table. I believe that I'm not the only one who has experienced this. Among many instances of consumption, today was the most ridiculous. I hope more people can leave comments and stand up. During the call with the manager, I felt that he was not proactive in addressing the issue, and kept apologizing. In many complaints, they all handle it with a passive attitude. When the order machine ran out of paper, he told me they couldn't do anything about it. Fortunately, I had the paper when I picked up my coffee. I wouldn't have gone back to get my food or a refund, but I hope that their attitude towards dealing with these issues improves so that fewer consumers will be affected.

Coming here early morning 06:00, chairs all on tables, place is a mess, food and rubbish on floor, staff mopping and cleaning which was clearly from last night's work load. Really disgusting to walk into a fresh day, walking into a mess and a restaurant that clearly isn't ready for customers! While I was waiting to be served there was a staff member who was chatting to an uber delivery guy at counter and got one of the cooks to also talk to him while I was waiting to order. Really below standard here, disappointing. Gurpreet and kitchen staff very rude! Came in again used the my Mecca's app, Girl serving was beyond rude, shouldn't be working in customer service, was attended to by the 'manager' who was clearly unable to handle to information and neither were able to handle the volume of customers! Gets worse, by the minute! Doesn't matter if you eat in, use the app, or go through drive thru. They didn't even add the toys for our happy meals!π€¬

On at least 2 of the last 3 occasions, the sundaes have been extremely icy. I called the first time and they said 'thanks for letting us know" without any offer to replace the sundaes if we came back. The other day not only were the sundaes icy, the ice cream itself was only around the edges of the cup with a massive cavity in the entire centre (which was exposed when you took the top dollop of ice cream off with your first spoonful) It's like they hold the cup on an angle now & twirl the cup so you end up with less ice cream. Originally you were supposed to hold the cup straight & move it cup so the ice cream filled the cup fully (this was many years ago) Staff are friendly and helpful. The coffee is consistently good (my friends say the same) See photos of Sundaes below

On a Wednesday night at 1am, not busy at all, this place was looking like something from a 3rd world country. The man with the pink hair was very disrespectful, messed up my order and couldn't even say sorry. After having to fix the order the staff began talking in their language while acting very dismissive and rude. Not one table to sit on due to all of them being covered in food and rubbish, bins overflowing, the list goes on. There was no soap and toilet was covered in feces, along with the floor. Also the worker was touching burgers with he's bare hands, dropped a drink lid on the floor and put it back in the pile. You can't make this up. McDonald's should be ashamed and really needs to evaluate who they allow to open up a franchise as they are ruining the name. Shocking.

Worst service I've ever experienced, I bought a large meal this morning to buy by driving through they told me to go to the waiting area, they forgot about me, I ended up going to their window to get it. I took it to work. I drank a thread in this cappuccino and it got into my mouth and I spat it out. This made me very sick and angry. Then when I came back to the store after get off work, I wanted to see their manager, they said their manager was not there, they kept saying sorry, sorry for what? They kept asking me what kind of milk and how much sugar? I said it wasn't for the money, they didn't take it seriously, this thread shouldn't be in the coffee, then I picked it up and threw it in the trash, they just said sorry

The best halal Mc Donald we have in Melbourne. Its 100% halal with best beef and chicken burgers. We have always come to Preston for the amazing burgers, its better than KFC honestly. Quick hack- use the Mac app to order every-time and youβll get points which you can use for discount, we normally have 20% discount on every order and sometimes get free burgers too due to point. The beef burgers are amazing with no smell in it for sure. You can try their other burgers too with deals and you wont be disappointed. Also the preston branch is open 24/7 so you can visit anytime and its the besttttt
