Absolutely disappointed in the service provided from this establishment. When I arrived in drive through there wasn't a single car, nor was it busy inside the restaurant.
There was no excuse for making one us wait for the simplest of meals. The simplest of meals that were not at all fresh, so what the hell were all those staff members doing if they didn't cook the food fresh? I didn't care at first untill after a good five minute wait they come out giving us the wrong sized meals. I had to go and exchange it to the right size, which is fine not like people don't make simple mistakes. But then I have no straws; it's such a simple thing a straw I know it's not the end of the world but drinking a thick shake without one and driving a car isn't the easiest least of all the safest thing to do. I proceed to drive home where I find the longest dam hair I've ever seen in my burger. That's disgusting. The salad within my food looked as though it had been on a three week vacation to the sun along with some fecal matter to accompany it on its journey, the meat was.. tough, which for processed meat is odd considering it's not a steak or dense enough to be that chewy unless it was old, or left out for some time before being 'Cooked' The nuggets I ordered felt like I was back in first grade chewing on the ends off my eraser. The chips, were fresh to say the least, but as plain as water. I know this review won't destroy McDonald's reputation or even dent it the slightest, but at least make sure providing good food if not great food (Not that it's good, it's cheap and affordable, hence why most of the population is overweight from so much consumption of cheap garbage)

Read moreOn Sunday 7 August 10am, I was driving to McDonald on Balarat Rd Sunshine to order a hot cake meal. The girl taking order over the microphone at the drive through was so crumpy and rude. I ordered a vanilla milkshake, she told me there was no milkshake, then I said a frappe drink, she said there was none. Then I said EarlGrey tea. She could not hear it...the microphone was not very clear on both sides...she could not catch what I said, so I said let me come in and order, she said "whatever ' , it was rude and short....I went further the girls in the next line said, yes we have vanilla shake...I now could order with properly... Then I got my order I asked the girl who delivered my order if there was vanilla shake again, she said yes they have in there??? So why the girl taking order before said no. And it seems the same voice takes order for me every Sunday morning saying the same thing no milk shake no frappe. Because I only order hotcakes for my son on Sunday morning and it seems hearing the same voice no milk shake no frappe...and the same way speaking short and sharp...to customer... I wonder if she has been trained properly in customer service or she does not like her job at all? Very lucky you work here at McDonald while many kids are working really hard elsewhere. May you be happy and enjoy more...
Read moreAt the kiosk, I requested the 24 spicy nuggets for $9.95 as part of my order. After paying by card at the kiosk, I realised that the order had changed to only 20 spicy nuggets, and it had charged me $13.40 instead of $9.95. I decided that I would query it with the manager when I got my order.
After waiting more than 15 minutes and, seeing newer orders going out before mine, I asked the manager if my order would come any time soon. She checked my order number and told me that they had completed that order a while ago. I told them that I had obviously NOT received it (because I stood in plain sight of the manager the whole time while waiting).
I then asked her why I was charged $13.40 for 20 nuggets when I specifically ordered 24 nuggets for $9.95. She then told her staff to give me the 24 nuggets, but didn't give me a refund for the over charge.
After waiting a further 5 minutes for staff to get my order ready, I FINALLY left with my food, after waiting about 20 minutes.
I now feel that the kiosks are "rigged" to over charge people for orders that are not correct. I was very dissatisfied with: 1: the operation of the kiosk, 2: the manager's inability to control the workflows (by printing and then cancelling my order BEFORE it was made up) and, 3: the fact that I paid more for the nuggets than I...
