EXTREMELY disappointing experience. The staff is not professional, and what kind of bubble tea place in this world doesn't offer adjustments for sugar levels these days? The skinny, fake blonde short hair girl called our numbers in her own language without repeating in English, which is frustrating because we had to cross-check our number with the drinks left on the counter. She didn't even show a willingness to offer help because she was obviously too busy chatting with her colleagues.
I understand it is hard to speak English with your native accent, but please at least try. You are working in a customer-facing position in an English-speaking country. It is not proper to call numbers in Chinese or whatever language you are familiar with.
Not sure how come they are confident with their non-adjustable sugar policy. The drinks are tooooo sweet, It will be a good choice if you have extra insulin...
