Milk Flower Swanston — Restaurant in Melbourne

EXTREMELY disappointing experience. The staff is not professional, and what kind of bubble tea place in this world doesn't offer adjustments for sugar levels these days? The skinny, fake blonde short hair girl called our numbers in her own language without repeating in English, which is frustrating because we had to cross-check our number with the drinks left on the counter. She didn't even show a willingness to offer help because she was obviously too busy chatting with her colleagues.

I understand it is hard to speak English with your native accent, but please at least try. You are working in a customer-facing position in an English-speaking country. It is not proper to call numbers in Chinese or whatever language you are familiar with.

Not sure how come they are confident with their non-adjustable sugar policy. The drinks are tooooo sweet, It will be a good choice if you have extra insulin...

One of my favourite milk tea places in the CBD. They are extremely generous with the toppings in the beverages, making the drinks quite filling. In my opinion, it’s also one of the healthier boba options, given that they use real fruits and provides topping choices that are commonly used for Chinese medicinal purposes. They often have discounts but the prices itself are pretty affordable already....

I recently visited Milk Flower on Swanston Street in Melbourne and tried their Camellia Milk Tea. The tea had a pleasant floral taste, which was balanced well with the other flavours. The drink was beautifully presented, making the experience even more enjoyable.
