Mr Wilkinson — Restaurant in Melbourne

My girlfriend of nearly 10 years and I attended this bar early on a Saturday afternoon in on the cusp of spring. We met our old friend and former house mate and chatted for several hours about our careers and property investing. She had bought a house in Brunswick and was presently considering building a second floor extension. We drank a bottle of "Save Our Soles" rosé. My girlfriend liked the wine very much but I was ambivalent. Later i had had a pot of beer as well. At about ten past six we depart the bar to see the six forty screening of David Brent : Life...

Really nice place. Friendly vibes, nice aesthetic, good food.

We went for a couple of pizzas - one salami with honey which was excellent, then a special they had that night which was a bit of a yassified Hawaiian. Both were great.

On the side we got the popcorn chicken - super crispy, nice bite sized treat and went well with a spicy mayo sorta sauce.

For some extra vitamin k and iron we also got the broccoli salad which was also very tasty with a nice acidity to the dressing.

Overall a really good experience - another little...

Great selection of drinks, an excellent atmosphere for quiet drinks or to hang with friends and have lots of drinks instead.

The food selection is great, has pizzas, chips, chicken pieces and the best Mac and cheese croquettes in the north of Melbourne. Also has a variety of other snacks if you fancy something else.

If you need more then drinks and food..... How about some board games. Love a bit of Jenga, scrabble or if your lucky and they let you take it from the bar..... How about buckaroo.
