Delicious coffee is becoming harder and harder to find. Excellent customer service that consists of authenticity is almost extinct. Enter; URKU. Not only does URKU make delicious and consistent coffee, it is a place that prides itself on home made chocolates. Not your ordinary chocolate shop, the owners here work tirelessly to deliver mouthwatering and original chocolate recipes to wow even the most seasonal chocolate lover. Their hot chocolate is dark and full of flavour and the staff that work here pride themselves in giving you not just service, but a truly unbelievable experience. Lovely service and the chocolate is delicious. I am not a fan of the coffee here which would make it harder for me to go here regularly. I can imagine it would also stop other customers during the weekdays and work hours.

The owner would really benefit from opening in prahran market for tourism or on Toorak rd south Yarra, there is far more of a presence of older people who are willing to spend more.

I think the lack of indoor seating, mood lighting kind of kills the appeal as a relaxing cafe and it comes off out of place for Greville st.
