Botanicah — Local services in Melbourne

Type of response you’ll receive when you thank organiser for viewing of the space and advise you’ll be proceeding with another venue 😂

For context: I previously informed of my preferred date and venue (they’ve two, my preferred wasn’t available) so organiser kept insisting on an alternate date and location. His second last response (from yesterday) was an offer of up to half the price of the booking fee (fyi) to which I responded above.

Edit: they’ve since sent a email fabricating a lie about my ‘parents’ (I went to the viewing with my brother and his partner) stealing plants while we visited the location. In any case, please send me evidence of these stolen goods and I’ll gladly address my brother and girlfriend and the police. A great small [around +/- 30 people] venue for private functions. Reasonably appointed with shelving, bar and catering area, tables and seating. There are no surprises ... this is a older developed area with parking challenges, older style toilets, struggles with wheelchairs and prams, curfews, no heating. I was walking down the street and saw Botanicah, with some plants out the front.

Going in, I met Jack, who had such a positive vibe. The store was full of nice plants, small trees and succulents. It is incredible that they have a beautiful garden area out the back to sit and chill.
