My friend and I have had a positive experience with this location previously, therefore we were excited to return.

Unfortunately, the prices for what you receive don’t equate to the meal especially for a chain restaurant. The chicken was flavourless and was very difficult for my friend with autism to eat as there were sneaky bones. She nearly choked…

My wrap on the other hand was disappointing considering I was extremely excited and hungry. I arrived with a dry piece of chicken at the start which ran out quickly. It was very empty and hollow like my childhood home. when the chicken ran out I was eating straight avocado, cucumber and lettuce. I didn’t sign up for the vegetarian experience 😢

I had to stuff Peri peri chips down the wrap for it to even be edible. Honestly props for the chips because they were a saving grace.

Overall we were left feeling broke, starving and vegetarian. Although staff were very friendly and helpful, props for that.

I hope in the future we can return and have the yummy Nando’s experience...

I’ve been a regular customer at Nando’s for quite some time, always ordering the whole chicken with two large sides. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. When I picked up my order, the large side of chips was only half of the usual portion, essentially the size of a small. On top of that, the rice was ice-cold and seemed like it had been taken straight out of the fridge. It was a complete letdown, especially considering how much I’ve enjoyed my meals there in the past. I really hope this isn't a sign of things to come, as I remember a similar experience at the Nando's on Bridge Road before it shut down.
