Ordered the Steak sandwich. Meal was accompanied with some French fries and sauce. Food: Steak sandwich. Mixed review as the baguette and sauce was fresh and tasty. The steak was a little tough. 3/5 Service: waitress and staff were friendly and polite. Felt very welcomed. 5/5 Cleanliness : spotless. 5/5 Overall experience: The Steak sandwich was a bit of a let down. I woul prefer for the Steak to be thinly sliced and layered in the baguette. The French fres were absolutely amazing. I will return again to try the rest of the menu.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had an amazing experience at Ned’s Café! ☕🍳🥑 We ordered a bunch of dishes off the menu – the Tarragon Mushrooms were absolutely outstanding 🤩, along with the Avocado on Toast 🥑, Chilli Scramble 🌶️🍳, and the Big Breakfast 🍴. All delicious and cooked perfectly. I also grabbed a Chicken & Avocado Sandwich 🥪 from the cabinet which was excellent, and we couldn’t resist the Cinnamon Scroll 🍥 – so yummy! On top of the food, the staff were super friendly and welcoming 😊👏. Highly recommend this spot

The standards here are very low all around. Customer service couldn’t be worse. Our waiter may as well have been on crack. The tuna toastie was one of the most feral things I’ve eaten in my life.. it tasted like the cheapest tuna had been sitting out, and the slices of tomato included the stem. The booth seats had food crumbs everywhere and there was packaging and sugar sachets on the floor. Also I like loud pumping music which doesn’t fit with the environment, that’s one of my favourite things.

Ned’s European Café is a true hidden gem that transports you straight to the heart of Europe with every visit. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with warm, welcoming smiles and an atmosphere that exudes old-world charm and comfort. The menu is a delightful tour across European culinary traditions, offering everything from perfectly crisp croissants and rich, aromatic coffees to hearty, savory dishes that remind you of a cozy bistro on a Parisian street.

What truly sets Ned’s apart is the genuine passion that shines through in every aspect, from the friendly service to the thoughtfully curated décor. It’s the perfect spot for a casual breakfast or a leisurely lunch. If you’re looking for a slice of Europe without having to board a plane, Ned’s European Café is the place to be. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates great food, exceptional service, and a warm,...

Previously posted below review quite a while ago, giving this place 5 stars. Since then, there's been a change of ownership. Although the quality and atmosphere remain, service quality has declined. There are long wait times for sit-down coffee, and the staff often seem unfriendly and indifferent, particularly those in charge. Will continue to visit, but the senior staff should know better. Being friendly and hospitable is essential in the hospitality industry.

Euro atmosphere, delicious food, pastries, bread and coffee, all with a smile from the international team. Have a coffee and practise your Italian!...

Waited too long at the 'wait to be seated' sign, with staff walking past us. Had to approach them. Then waited too long for coffee to come. Close to ten minutes. Coffee was sat on the counter ready to go for two of those. As it arrived the music came on nice and loud to help everyone shout to be heard. Funk or jazz? Seems out of place anywhere but especially in a European style Cafe. Venue seems in need of support to get up to middle parks standards. I'm sure that is open to challenge based on how busy it is, but everywhere is busy. Doesn't mean they're very good (Dundas being a...
