Read morePreviously posted below review quite a while ago, giving this place 5 stars. Since then, there's been a change of ownership. Although the quality and atmosphere remain, service quality has declined. There are long wait times for sit-down coffee, and the staff often seem unfriendly and indifferent, particularly those in charge. Will continue to visit, but the senior staff should know better. Being friendly and hospitable is essential in the hospitality industry.

Coffee was sat on the counter ready to go for two of those. As it arrived the music came on nice and loud to help everyone shout to be heard. Funk or jazz? Seems out of place anywhere but especially in a European style Cafe. Venue seems in need of support to get up to middle parks standards.
