My wife has been buying Frankie4 shoes online and from the pop ups for a long time so it is great to finally see some proper stores opening in Melbourne, hopefully a CBD store isn't far away.

The Albert Park store is only a 15 minute walk from the markets and very accessible on a tram so still very convenient.

We were served today by Elise who was fantastic, so friendly and caring, you could tell she knew feet and cared about the brand. There was no pushy sell and it was great just to have a chat with her, subsequently we walked out with 2 boxes.

It was really good to see such a great Australian brand being represented so well, will be back.

The best customer service ever! I bought a pair of Nat 2 shoes after so many nurses told me they are the best for being on your feet all day for work. They instantly took my back pain away! Three months after wearing them, one shoe had a small split at the front of the shoe. I contacted customer support not expecting a refund after 3 months but to find out if this is common.
