🔥 Authentic Northeastern & Sichuan Flavors! 🥩🌶️
Tried several dishes here, and everything was packed with bold, authentic flavors! Highly recommend:
🥩 Spicy Tofu Beef – Tender beef, silky tofu, and a rich, numbing spicy broth. Flavorful without being overpowering—perfect for those who love bold tastes! 🔥
🐷 Sweet & Sour Pork (Guo Bao Rou) – A classic Northeastern dish! The crispy battered pork is coated in a perfectly balanced sweet and tangy sauce, bringing back serious hometown nostalgia.
💑 Spicy Beef & Tripe (Fuqi Feipian) – Thinly sliced beef and tripe soaked in a flavorful, numbing chili sauce. If you enjoy spicy cold appetizers, this is a must-try! ✅
🦪 Garlic Vermicelli Scallops – Packed with garlicky goodness, and the vermicelli soaks up all the flavorful broth, making every bite incredibly juicy. 😆
🥗 Northeastern Cold Noodles (Da La Pi) – Chewy, bouncy texture with a rich sesame sauce, paired with crisp cucumber strips for a refreshing summer dish!
🍆 Stir-Fried Trio (Di San Xian) – A comforting combination of eggplant, potatoes, and green peppers, stir-fried to soft, sweet perfection. Not overly oily, which makes it even better!
🥟 Sauerkraut Dumplings – Thin skin, generously stuffed with tangy sauerkraut filling, and even a bit of juicy broth inside. Dip in vinegar for the ultimate bite!
💡 Final Thoughts Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, perfectly seasoned, and full of authentic flavors. If you love Northeastern & Sichuan cuisine, this place is a...
Read moreAs a non-chinese person who has tried a handful of Chinese restaurants, I'd say the food was really good. I tried one of the cold dishes ( Sechwan style chicken in chilli sauce). Although the taste was nice, I reget it. If I had to order again I would pick one of the hot dishes. The service was not great. Seemed like there were only 2 people serving, waiting the tables, and taking care if the payments. Also we booked a table for 6 people who were coming from different countries, but they didn't let us pay one by one! That was hilarious as we weren't supposed to see each other any time soon after that night but they made one of use pay for all!!!! Then we had so much difficulty paying back to that person as that was the last night we were seeing each other! Another thing was that the photos in the menu were quite different from the ones served. We actually couldn't recognize our foods. The waitress seemed to be a shy girl who could hardly communicate with customers unless they...
Read moreYou have to wait for a seat for two and a half hours last time, so I suggest you make a reservation in advance. The taste of the dishes is unquestionably authentic, which restores the taste of China as much as possible. Among them, stewed mushrooms with chicken and rice buns are highly recommended. The former has a special aroma brought by hazel mushrooms, while the latter wraps crispy peanuts with vegetable leaves and matches them with mashed potatoes and rice. Disadvantages are that the location in the store will be a bit compact and crowded, and the location where you sit near the stove will be attacked by steam, which will make your clothes and pants wet. The diced potatoes are a little too big, which makes them not very tasty, and the taste of chicken is a little too tough. I hope to improve these...
