A must-know place if you're a uni student!!! I was in tears when I saw that Norsiah's kitchen was still open and that the same owners (Aunty & Uncle) were there. I used to frequent this place for lunch when I was at uni (a long time ago) so dining here brought back many memories. The food tasted the same: wholesome and homemade, like your Singaporean/Malaysian friend's mother's cooking. It was also not too salty, which was good! You can't go wrong with the 2 meat + 1 veg with coconut rice. I had this plus an extra veg dish for $1. I also had a canned drink for $2. Definitely opt for the fried chicken and one of the curries - you won't regret it! All up, it cost me $11+1+2 = $14! What a steal for a lovely homecooked, filling meal. I just hope this place stays open as long as possible, and I wish Aunty and Uncle the best of health 🤗👍🏿👍🏿

The dishes tasted very much like home cooked food, not much oil, lean meat. I think this is a very convenient and cheap place to go for a quick lunch. If you don’t mind the not so commercial and more of home cook style, i would recommend to give this place a try. I have only tried the dishes on the hot display, yet to come back to try those dishes on the menu. The reason i didn’t give a 5 star rating is because i find that some of the dishes can be further improve without additional oil or unhealthy elements. But if you are not too fuss for a cheap meal, this is pretty good.

The almost bald malay stupiid and mannerless youngman, may be the relative of the owner, has bad attitude, smokes cigars every 10 minutes, and grumpy at times. He wiipes his diirty nose with his bare hand and keeps cooking and serving. Such gross hygiene!!! He need to learn this is Australia, a civilized country. The professionalism are not upto the australian mark, may be upto Malaysian standard it is. The people there needs to be trained with people skills as well as professional competency. I once was billed with 8 dollars and paid them twenty, the lady was supposed to give me 12 dollar back, but instead she gave me 2 dollar back. It was a honest mistake on her side, but I could not convince her that I paid her 20. So, needs to be careful...
