Wouldn’t bother coming here if you wanted juice. It’s a 10 minute wait for a juice because they have two juicers but only half that is functional. The juicer literally couldn’t even manage watermelon… the other juicer doesn’t seem to work. They had to empty the watermelon pulp between juices with a ladle because the pulp wasn’t coming out the right way - ??? Surely invest in a better juicer. Also they don’t actually put all the fruits listed in the juice you order - we both ordered juices with strawberries in it and there were no strawberries added. Extremely disappointed with the service, I waited over half an hour for a toasted sandwich, and the shop was not busy, the British girls behind the counter didn’t acknowledge or care about the customers, making people wait 10 minutes to take an order, then when the order was ready it sat on the counter for at least 10 minutes as staff didn’t call out even though they took my name, on top of that one of them was complaining about the blender not working properly, if your unable to train your staff, develop procedures and provide equipment, you shouldn’t be charging money to waste...

Been here quite a few times and every time it’s either a hit or a miss. The last time I went was an absolute abysmal experience. Ordered a strawberry PB açai BOWL with added whey protein.

Firstly it was served in a CUP instead of a bowl which made it even more harder to eat than usual and all the toppings were falling off. Also the protein powder I requested as NOT BLENDED INTO THE AÇAI MIXTURE!! Was quite unpleasant and I had to manually mix it into the açai as much as I could.
