Got take away lunch here and based on the reviews the banh mi were meant to be really good. We tried the crispy pork banh mi as there wasn't a traditional Vietnamese ham banh mi and a pho. When a banh mi has lettuce in it, it's early warning sign it's tailored to a more western palate. Unfortunately due to all the reviews I went in with high expectations and it didn't hit the mark. It's not a bad crispy pork roll but it didn't hit the banh mi spot. The pho broth was also ok, leans more towards a herbal flavour. Maybe it is due to being takeaway but, the beef was well overcooked. Overall an ok lunch.
