Pizzarium — Restaurant in Melbourne

I was fairly dissappointed by this restaurant, to be quite honest. Firstly, I had booked a table as I was under the impression it would have been required. When I arrived I saw people sitting down willy nilly, evidently voiding the requirement for a booking.

Secondly, I ordered 1 large and 1 medium pizza. I was brought out 2 medium pizzas. I brought this to the attention of staff and just asked for a refund of the difference in cost, as I was happy to just accept the medium pizza. They took the pizza I had and told me they would correct it.

A few minutes later they brought out another pizza, but still a medium size, when I ordered a large. I again brought this to staffs attention, asking for a refund of the price difference, when I was quite bluntly told to keep the medium pizza, as well as the original medium one I was given, effectively giving me 2 when I didn't want them. "Whatever", I thought. I just didn't have the energy to argue the point.

Lastly, the other pizza I had ordered was missing an ingredient.

Ultimately, I was pretty let down. The prices were reasonable, but the quality of the food and service reflected this. I certainly won't...

I was trying to order something off the menu in store for a 5 pizzas and was advised by the staff that that particular deal was no longer available, they just haven't removed it from their menu - fair enough. They didn't seem particularly busy but was constantly told that its going to take a while to cook a few pizzas because there might be customers in between when I haven't even ordered yet. Why would you not make the pizzas as a first in best dressed basis, surely you wont cook other peoples orders in between. I was using VISA gift cards to pay for a corporate function which work like a normal EFTPOS and the person was worried about extra charges to use the card and he said they didn't accept VISA gift cards. Anyway it seemed like they didn't want the business and just made it so difficult to order. I went up the road to 90secondi and the pizzas were delicious and the staff were so accommodating, had no issues making my pizzas, taking my order and paying! It took 12 minutes for them to make 5 pizzas so i was in and out of the store in 15. Skip this pizza shop and...

Truly one of the worst pizza experiences I have ever had. Ordered 2x Medium Pizza & Garlic Bread Combos. Added some chip on to that for $4.5. The chips were half filled up, the mediums were no bigger than 6'' and everything was cold. The pizza bases could have been pre bought from Coles and they would have been better. The toppings tasted like cardboard. The garlic bread was definitely homebrand. The delivery time was expected to be 20 minutes and it took nearly an hour to arrive.
