Just wanted to check for options and asked the staff about the chicken sets as there wasn’t any on the screen and she said it comes in 6, 8 and 12 which I assumed it is calculated as a set price. Before I got to even ask for the price, she just click into the system already and just asked me to tap which I was taken aback as there were no customers so why the rush?? I was deciding to get more stuff but she had no patience and kept on insisting to tap which I think was quite a forceful behaviour. I just tapped and decided to ignore but realise that she charge a 6pc and 2 individual fried chicken which she should have said it only comes in 6pc from that start. First the counter staff mucks up my bill by charging me $3 more which I saw n got it rectified she handed me my order...... I came home to have my roll n to my disappointment the roll had NO CHIKEN in it......I took a pic of the roll Today I walked in to talk to the manager n tell her my story..... When I arrived, the staff told me I'd need to wait 5-10 minutes or cancel the order if I preferred. I went back to my bike to protect it from the rain and returned ten minutes later.
