I want to start with a summary: This place has the right idea about how to deliver a fantastic product. If only more pizza places operated in this way!

Ok look, the other comments about wait time don’t lie, it took 55 minutes from ordering to receiving it.. but well worth the wait if you have the time. I can’t speak about delivery as I opted for pickup, but when I got there my pizza was pre-prepared and waiting to go in the oven. I thought it was a little strange until I realised their process. They asked me if my order was correct (so I wouldn’t walk away with something I didn’t want), then they popped it in the oven and informed me it would only take a few minutes. Again, I was slightly confused as this isn’t normally how pizza places operate, but as they said- a few minutes later I had a perfectly cooked, piping hot pizza. I realised they didn’t want it sitting there getting cold if I was late, they wanted me to walk away with the best possible product. I appreciated this so much. Ordered a large half aussie half marga pizza for pick-up for 9:15, I arrived about 10 minutes early which is no issue, Once the order was done, i noticed i was charged slightly more than as if i would order from menulog, which I don't necessarily mind as it was only a 50 cent difference, regardless the pizza came out rather quickly, reckon i was in the car about 5-8 minutes in. Pizza quality was decent, few burned edges of the crust which could mean it was placed too close to the fire, the egg was a little runny so it could've been a tad undercooked. Awful experience ! Not even deserving of A star !
