Roll'd Knox — Restaurant in Melbourne

Sadly, I'm another disappointed customer of this Roll'd pop-up at Knox. I ordered 2 of the duck rice paper rolls. It was mostly full of vermicelli and poorly constructed compared to the many city stores I frequently visit - But what really did it for me was the chili oil I was given which was 1/4 full at best. I questioned the portion size, and was told that whoever filled it up hasn't filled it enough, so I asked for another one (to make it consistent with every other store I visit) and was told 'Only if you pay an extra 50 cents'. Then I was told that this is what the owner has instructed staff to do.

A rice paper roll mostly full of vermicelli instead of ingredients and a chili oil container that is 1/4 empty is in no way to standard from all the other stores I visit - And even the female attendant said it wasn't right. No effort was made to give me the extra chili oil or compromise. There was no care or pride as far as I could observe from staff. I don't mind paying good money for something that is of quality, but you won't find that here.

I like Roll'd, and frequently visit many city stores that are 100% consistent, but at Knox, it's not. I'll give it a miss next time. The cut back in ingredients as compared to other Roll'd stores I frequently visit just tell me that there is cost cutting going on, and the quality is simply not there which is...

I went to this kiosk today and upon ordering my food I notice that the girl serving who is handling money with gloves on then goes to the rice paper rolls and places them into the box with the same gloves. This was only the first negative thing I noticed. Then as I was being served the girl taking my order barely made eye contact and barely spoke and it came across quite rude. I have had this experience previously whilst ordering here with the same girl. I ordered two rice paper rolls and an ice coffee. She then walks off to grab my food without telling me how much it was to then come back and still not tell me how much it was. I got my food and then went to sit down only to find floating bits of curdled milk in my ice coffee. I take the drink back to the counter to be served my the same girl again. I tell her what’s in my drink, she then looks at it and walks off with my drink and pours it out. She comes back to the counter and offers me an ice coffee from the same batch I received early I turned it down and asked for a refund. The girl did not acknowledge me after I asked for that instead she put the money in my hand without saying anything and goes on to serving the next customer. I am very disappointed in the customer service I received and the state of the food and the drink I received and due to this I will not be coming back to this...

I was starving when I wandered around the foodcourt in this shopping centre. There was the usual Maccas, KFC, kebabs and hot box Chinese food. I was just about to leave when I saw Roll'd. I was so happy that I had found somewhere to eat with a franchise at which I'd eaten many times. I figured that they have a formula so what could go wrong.. Well.. Firstly, the girl at the counter didn't pay attention to what I ordered and tried to charge me the wrong amount. I only ordered a small Pho with shredded chicken and chilli to take away. They were very busy so I expected to have a wait. Fair enough. But the woman preparing the food obviously became overwhelmed because she walked away mid order. Another girl took over and I watched her prepare orders which looked lovely and in an efficient manner. Unfortunately though, she didn't make mine. A boy appeared from somewhere and made mine. You would think that the cost of the ingredients was coming out of his own pocket because I basically got a cup of soup with noodles and a smattering of the other ingredients. The soup was flavourless too. I've had this meal many times at many different locations and I've never had a bad one before today. Hopefully it...
