Had fish and chips on a cold and raining Friday night, the staff were welcoming, brought out a few fresh cooked complimentary thick cut chips and sauce, while waiting for order, this thoughtful act is what service is all about, have been back time and again, always a delight and the quality is never compromised, great selection of fish, cant recommend more highly, at last a great seafood place in Berwick, Alas the quality has declined, went in tonight, sat down for a nice dinner, the people are still as friendly as before, but the food is nothing to write home about, the sword fish was ok, a little over done, the rice and salad that came with the fish was tasteless, no amount of salt and pepper could fix, the dish my wife had was a salad and Whiting, the fish was of frozen stock, rubbery, watery, the salad, eh, tasteless again, could not wait to get out of there, $65 and it was ordinary to say the least, such a far cry from the time I bought fish and chips there, they do get people coming in but for how long, thats a question that will need to be answered.
