McDonald's gave me better pay and conditions for training to "work" here than this place did. The manager was deceptive and never confirmed that I would even be working there, and still got me to work for free. She said she would contact me the following week. (February 25th). Crickets. I have receipts to prove this negligent behaviour. No wonder there are so many negative reviews for this place. I have contacted Fair Work as this is just shady and unacceptable behaviour from the manager. Not even telling me that I wasn't suitable enough for the job, not even AFTER THE FACT I had worked there 3 hours for free is just not on. If I'm not going to work there, don't bother giving me false promises. It's been 3 weeks now. I am really disappointed in Siya.
