Read moreFound this place on tiktok and it definitely lives up to the reputation. We're from Sydney therefore I can't say much about other local spots but their food are significant better than what we have back there. Also, I'd like to rebut the other comments about attitude from waiters, they were very patient and gentle.
The place itself was so cute, they have flowers everywhere hahaha
Flavours were on spot The meat was tender and literally falls off the bones. However i'd say it's on the dryer side- just like all other mandi though. Definitely try their Fah Fah, the soup has umami and has perfect balance, i wasn't sure of whats the green veg but i'm guessing its fine cassava/spinach leaves. It was my first time trying the pasta, wasn't what i was expecting but it's on the good side (hooyo served it to us too).
(don't be haram police pls) Also whoever arrange the playlist deserves an extra banana cuz the vibe was lit. We will definitely come back at our next...
Read moreDidn’t like the food taste , it’s a mix of middle eastern and Somali flavors. Which is not great and not serving the dishes well. We tried mix grills the chicken was nice, however the beef kebab and cutlets were below average. A lot of spices that tested unfamiliar and unusual to be added. Pasta white sauce was not great and we left it untouched as they added very weird spices that made it very hard eating it. Beef mandi were ok but the portion of bones were too high compared to meat. Somali rice was of a good taste. We tried Salmon that was ok but was not super. The spices and herbs added were not the optimal. Place atmosphere and dining area is very nice and the place and toilets are clean. This was our second time but I don’t think will try it for a third time. Forgot to say that prices are reasonable and staff were great...
