usually I wouldnāt have a problem with this sharetea but iām writing this to address the worker that served me today
Firstly when i came up to order I can see him sitting in a chair head down on his phone so I stood there waiting for him to notice me, understandable when thereās not much to do but I think a bell at the front would be better so customers donāt have to wait for the staff to notice them waiting there
Secondly, he got my order wrong when I asked for white pearls he gave me normal pearls, and then had an attitude towards me when he had to remake the drink, I would suggest not wearing airpods while youāre serving customers so you donāt get the order wrong or at least apologise and use proper manners
Thirdly, because he had to remake my drink it was as if he put less effort into it because it is not filled nearly enough as it should be (image attached to the review, upside down to show i didnāt drink it)
At least the drink still tasted good, just disappointed with...

Update- went there again today and the worst service ever. The same guy was there with same ponytail who took the wrong order the other day and he was on the phone around 6.15pm, 7th March and made the Oreo smoothie wrong and the other girl was nice and they had to open it again and put Oreo and took so long to make this order because the guy with long hair was on the phone and he didnāt care that he made a wrong order and he was trying to fight me saying he is a very important person.
