Sideshow Burgers Hastings — Restaurant in Melbourne

Gross, the burgers were raw, completely red mush! The bacon was hardly cooked. I called the Manager and they said they would refund my money through Osco, but that never happened! Our rare family treat-night was disappointing, all of our burgers went in the bin, nothing except the chips could be eaten. Biggest waste of $$ in a time where young families are doing it tough, but we still try to support local businesses. I wish I'd spent the money at the superior & reliable burger joint...

Ok so the problem with all these sideshow burgers are they dont have good staff and atmosphere, i been to there 3 stores and everytime i saw only 1 person working and they dont look professional at all. All 3 times shops were empty not even single person and the reason is that no one wants to dine in and spend premium money on burgers with only one staff looking they have no idea whats going on.

They need to get good professional presentable staff to lift up...

Food was fresh and delicious. And came out very quick. Service was great and the store was clean and well presented. Only thing i could fault was, the tables were too small for the booths and you have to lean into the table to reach your food. Feels like you are aitting a long way back from the rable. Very hard when you have small kids with you as they cant reach the table. Overall fantastic experience and we will go...
