Subway Altona — Restaurant in Melbourne

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDER!!! The salads are dry and hugely out of date. Meat doesn't look right and off colour meaning it's going to give you food poisoning. The Indian girls haven't learnt how to make a sandwich and literally have no clue on what amounts to use. For instance they literally use onion, olives and jalapeno like it's shredded lettuce so never get them to make it by delivery. I asked her to listen to me about what I want and she didn't even look at me or care about what I was saying... When I said don't throw lettuce on melted cheese , I want that saved for the meat and also what I saw her do with the amounts wouldn't of made a tasty sandwich. I occasionally visit Subway so I understand the experience and I know what sandwich I want. Tonight the customer service was disgusting, I should’ve walked out and cancelled my order. The server spoke so quietly that I could not hear her, and so fast that I couldn’t understand what she was asking me. I politely asked her to slow down and speak up as I was struggling to hear her questions. I was the only one in the shop. She proceeded to get my order wrong, to which she argued with me that I was wrong telling her what I wanted on my sandwich. If I see this same server in here again I will be going elsewhere. I would say the Indian lady Simran doesn’t have much experience, her customer service wasn’t professional at all. Didn’t ask me if I wanted my food toasted or not and etc. Even thou I asked her to toast my food but it looks like it wasn’t even toasted well since I can tell my food was cold and the cheese itself wasn’t melted.
