On Sunday 4/ Feb/2024 I attended the restaurant and Ordered fried rice, they made stir fry. Didn’t even pick up the food and told them their mistake, she denied it and told me I was lying. I was yelled at across the counter when I asked to change it or give my money back by the shift manager. Won’t ever go there again. couple of times their rice was under cook. And today I found a piece of aluminium foil in my seafood noodles. I said to the staff she said “it from the cutlery and we found it all the time” so they are aware of that it is always found in the plastic cutlery but they never check before they serve to customer. I told her that I’m pregnant and I’m not happy she called the manager. The manager came to me after asked me about the piece of foil I told him I gave it to one of ur staff then he walks away without an apology.
