So I get it. There's really no pork meat just the crispy fat but that's fine, it's great. It came with a separate broth not spicy or fishy, just a general savoury flavour, possibly meaty. Very thick noodles, not your normal rice noodles. A dark egg, if you've never had one don't worry they taste like normal egg pretty much. Me and my partner both ordered a chicken rice dish, expecting a flavorful meal, but instead, I was served chicken that had clearly gone bad. Despite the heavy seasoning, the chicken tasted bitter and sour, which are clear signs it was not fresh and had spoiled.
This is not only unacceptable from a quality standpoint but also a serious food safety concern. Serving spoiled meat puts customers’ health at risk, and it’s shocking that this wasn’t caught before serving.
Until this issue is addressed, I cannot recommend this place...
