I live nearby and view it as a decent choice when the finer cafe (Fuumi) nearby is closed or got a long queue. But I felt unrespected sometimes and won’t bothering coming again.

A small family owned cafe dependent on business from Hailey high school across the street, got pretty regular customers from the school, students & teachers etc. And that’s probably the reason the couple working in the cafe rate these customers more important than people live nearby.

We ordered the hot chocolate and matcha latte today which both came out very quickly! I was a bit disappointed that I requested soy milk (due to lactose allergy) and received normal milk (thankfully I only had one sip before I realised) but staff were super kind about the misunderstanding and got my soy matcha right away. The atmosphere here is lovely, a very cosy rustic feel. We have yet to try the food but definitely will be back...

Very happy with the service and coffee however very disappointed that they continue to serve people walking in that are not wearing a mask, potentially exposing the patrons that were already in the store to the COVID-19 virus.
