My BF and I came here for a small bite and coffee. My coffee (cap) was okay, a bit burnt/bitter but drinkable. My BFs latte was terrible. I thought he was being dramatic but that was so burnt and bitter - I would have chucked it out. He kept putting sugar in to it to make it drinkable and he didn't want to waste it. We also got a french toast bacon and egg toastie. That was not good. The combination of french toast with bacon and eggs is strange and I don't know why my BF ordered it. I wish that I took a photo of it because one half was very burned, like black burned. I had that half because I won't finish a half of a sandwich. Going through the toastie, the bacon was very burned as well. Both of us wanted to say something but we both get very anxious about doing this. The old ladies sitting behind us were complaining to the ladies behind the counter... Some chocolate thing they were having was extremely hard and the lady behind the counter said something along the lines of, it's fine, it's chocolate, it'll melt in your mouth and shooed her hand. I don't know if those ladies are regulars and it's friendly banter but if they aren't regulars, that's not a very appropriate way to speak to customers that have paid for your products and have made a complaint. I wish we went...

We’ve been here a couple of times for breakfast while our regular place is being renovated. And the first visit was great, but today’s visit was horrible (hence the averaging out of 3 stars). Today they were busy, and the systems as they are seemed to have broken down. We were sitting outside: The menus were literally thrown onto our table by a disgruntled boy employee. This is no exaggeration at all, they were just chucked at us. We were then ignored for 20 minutes (we checked according to our Covid checkin) and there was no table service outside at all during that time. My wife gave up went into to order and complain. The waitress seemed surprised that no one had served us. When they arrived - Coffees were great as always as were the juices. And arrived super promptly. Our two breakfasts arrived very very quickly. Our complaining obviously jumped the queue. But they were rushed. My fried eggs were overdone and dry. My wife’s poached eggs were overdone. Sigh. We didn’t send them back as by this time we were super hungry and running out of parking time. To be fair, this breakfast was 180 degrees different from the experience the previous week that...

On arrival was informed to select a table by a friendly waitress. We seated ouselves at a table. Was so embarrassed when I knocked over a little succulent plant spilling soil all over the table. The waitress told us that it always happens. We tried our best to clean the soil from the table albeit with no assistance. Both myself and my wife commented that the table surface was sticky and obviously not cleaned properly. We ordered 2 lattes. The taste and presentation of our lattes were very good. Compliments to the barista.

Our breakfast meal order was taken by a friendly and knowledgeable young waitress who explained the menu items very professionally. We ordered the omelette and eggs royale.

The eggs royale presentation was acceptable, tasty and most enjoyable. Unfortunately the omelette was a disaster. The presentation left a lot to be desired, was very dry. It had some nice flavours although I suggest highly spiced dishes are more suited to lunch and dinner.

This Cafe has such potential but really let itself down on so many...

Great spot for a bite (or several) to eat and coffee on ordinary day. Also an amazing function space for an extraordinary day too! My partner and I held our engagement party here and were thrilled with the service and food, both of which we could not be happier with. Athena was awesome to work with in sorting out logistics, and the chef Raj put together a great menu which catered to our every need and delighted on the evening. The whole team (whose names I don't recall) were really wonderful, friendly, and attentive. Could not recommend these guys enough!

Been a couple of times now. Lunch menu has a great variety and food are cooked to perfection. Breakfast is just as good. Offering the usual bacon and eggs but gourmet style. Had the amercian style pancakes which balanced the sweetness & salt. The traditional pancakes, the berries were sickly sweet. Coffee was okay. The prices are reasonable, staff and service was amazing. Parking can be the hard part.

Delicious breakfast! Ordered the Berry Chai bowl without granola as I'm allergic to nuts. It was beautifully presented and a generous serve. Added some lemon and ginger tea. The customer service was great, our waitress was very attentive and helpful. She even informed me of some other but free options on the menu similar to the chai bowl for next time. Perfect start to the weekend.
