Wow, absolutely a hidden gem in Caulfield.

Environment and atmosphere: Extremely spacious and comfortable. Very good vibes. Kids and pets friendly for outdoor seating

Bahn Mi w/ lemon grass pork, crackling and salsa - the bread was super crispy outside and soft inside, you can tell it’s fresh and not overnight stuff.

Bun w/ lemon grass pork- Perfect combination of veggies/ meat / noodles. The meat has a nice chargrilled taste, can tell it’s fresh and not frozen stuff like the other restaurants - well done !!!

Spring Rolls/ Veg Spring rolls/ salt and pepper squid-

These are not typical factory made spring rolls- you can tell by the pastry. The spring rolls’ pastries are special, crispy with very nice texture. The veggie spring rolls are a delight! Crunchy but not oily. The sauces are perfect matches. Try one without sauce and one with sauce- absolutely a surprise.

Chips w/ crackling and spicy mayo, green onion salsa, chargrilled pork every best thing combined in one dish. the mild spiciness lingers in your mouth together with the green onion salsa improves your appetite for the chips and brings everything to a different level. WOW

Drinks - iced Vietnamese coffee It’s just different. Strong, sweet, Smokey with a sweet hint of coconut. So curious about their recipe behind this. Haven’t tried any coffee like this anywhere else !!

Overall, this place is full of surprises and is a must try if you pass by Caulfield and looking for high quality food. Highly recommended

100% NOT RECOMMENDED any Phở Bow here. I had it with a hope to feel my starving stomach. But it totally disappointed so that need to bring this to ATTENTION. It’s like an instant bag noodles with some steam chicken on with bit smell. Too salty taste, no green onion, no side veg, no lemon or lime, luckily that the waitress gave me some of her lemon slices which use for ice tea along with sriracha help to save a bit so i could finish half just to not getting some energy for myself.
