Their complete lack of customer service and thinly veiled attempts to distract from their now poor quality product says it all. Read moreOrdered "The lot" pizza and it was beautifully cooked and yummy. However the olives still had their pips in them which nearly broke my tooth when I unexpectedly bit onto it. I made a call to the shop as a courtesy in case Tonino's wasnt aware the stock of olives they ordered came with pips.
The gentleman on the phone was not only not convinced but was adamant "the olives we use don't HAVE pips", which was said in a manner like I was trying to score a free pizza. The salads, which used to be AMAZING, and great value, are now poorly made and smaller servings. We loved got the Chicken and Avacado salad which was packed to the brim and tasted great. We got it a month ago for a birthday treat and it's totally changed. 2 slices of brown avacado, 6 dry chicken strips instead of the piles of shredded chicken like it used to have, and what seemed like a handful or unwashed rocket leaves.
