Over the past few years since it first opened I have been a loyal patron. I have spent hundreds of not thousands of dollars buying ice cream, cakes and shakes for my family, friends as well as myself. When others pushed in or were rude to the staff I was always there in their defence or support. Today though was the last time I will ever visit and I will suggest others do the same. I arrived at 10:45pm and after waiting in line for 15 minutes watching the four staff that were there dragging their feet and avoiding serving clients I get told at 11pm that the stores closed and I'm being refused service. Yet clients that were in line after me were served after I had left the premises. This place has amazing icecream. Espresso: the espresso flavour was delicious is had the perfect amount of coffee flavour with creaminess and sweetness Snickas: this literally tasted like a snickers bar and was so delicious with super tasty crunchy peanut bits Chocolate sorbet: for an icecream without dairy this icecream was super rich in flavour and deliciously creamy Salted caramel: I think this one was my favourite the salt and caramel were perfectly balanced and it had delicious bits of caramel throughout it as well which was delicious These were the only flavours me and my family got to try but I would definitely go back to try more flavours. The staff were also super nice and it’s good to see that everyone was wearing masks and following COVID rules. Definitely recommend this place if you want a delicious scoop...

It’s hard to give a review on the gelato as we were so disgusted by the lack of customer service we walked out.

The young man behind the counter barely acknowledged our presence in the store as we waited to order. Another woman who had entered after us had already left due to lack of service.

When we asked the kid directly if we could order, he replied “I’m doing Uber”. He finished the tub then started on another. “How long will it take?” we asked.

No response. Decided to walk out instead of trying to beg to get served. The little boy clearly had a really lousy attitude.

I’m sure Uber is important, but there was no drivers waiting for the order and 3 customers walked out in the meantime.

Plenty of other gelato places around where they value customers a little more.
