7-Eleven — Local services in Melbourne

Rocked up at 7 - eleven at around 1 pm the display for my cigarette of interest said as $47.50 but when the staff scanned it came out to be $54 . I refused to pay for scanned price and said “ it is wrong advertising to advertise for wrong price” and I was said “ well pay $54 , if you do not pay , I need to pay from my pocket” , “ concluded saying if you want to sue company you can” which in this case I am ready to as company has all the footage and I should not have been asked to pay $ 54 as against the advertised price which I am adding with this picture and I am not going to stop after this after being humiliated and insulted in front of other customers. If a consumer is not given a misleading information and then asked to step back I a rude way , I am happy to...

If I could give zero stars then I would. I just visited this 7 eleven for the very first time after living in the area for a long time and I’ll never be back. A promotion sign said that 2 bags of Doritos would be $9. When scanned the total was $14. I then showed the attendant the promotional sign only for him to tell me that the sign was old and shouldn’t have been displayed. At many stores it is policy to honour signs such as these, as it is not a customer’s job to read the very small print indicating when the promotion was over. The man at the counter was very rude and said that I needed to go to a supermarket if I wanted expired signs to be honoured… So I did exactly what he said. Took my business elsewhere and will...

Worst customer service from a lady staff this morning(1/2/2019).not something you would wanna face on the first day of a month. I would have given a no star if there was an option. While i was trying to show my fuel app for redeeming an offer on my turn.staff ignored me with an attitude and said "next please" to the person behind me in the que. I said i havent finished and requested to redeem the voucher on my phone. She declined my voucher redeem request and said only voucher per transaction. So should i pay for fuel first,then go back and stand in the que and pay for coffee?? What the hell is happened with that staff..never again i am going to use any service...
